All year round we offer you up to 30 days to exchange and return your items

(60 days during Christmas time).

 

 

It is very simple:

1/ Download, complete and return the Exchange and Return Form below, accompanied with the item(s), to the postal address indicated on the form:

IMPORTANT NOTE: The products must be returned to us absolutely in perfect condition for resale, in their original state (packaging, accessories, instructions, labels, blanck warranty…), duly sealed, and accompanied by information mentioned above. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange or return if the returned products are not in conformity. 

Careful: your right on withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalised products.

2/ We check the stock and we inform you of the availability of item(s) you wish to exchange. If available, we will send it to you immediately. If not available, we will work together to find the better solution for you (full refund, exchange for another item etc).

3/ In case of a total withdrawal, we will refund the full purchasing price of the returned product(s) (without shipping fees) within 7 to 10 working days.

​

NOTE IMPORTANTE: The postal charges for the return for refund / exchange for size or colours is at your expense. LABOA will pay the cost of returning the new item (once).
